Connor Siegel

Connor Siegel is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Assistant Principal and Dean of Students at Metro Nashville Public Schools. Since July 2017, Connor has focused on developing Tiered supports through MTSS-B leadership and has targeted suspension reduction through data-driven strategies. Prior roles include 6th Grade Math Teacher and Promising Scholars Lead Administrator, with leadership experience as a mentor teacher at several universities. Connor also has a background in recruitment as a Supervising Recruiter at Finish Line and as a Corps Member with Teach For America. Previous public relations internships provided skills in media relations and community outreach. Connor holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Tennessee State University and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Lipscomb University, alongside two Bachelor's degrees in Public Relations from the University of Georgia.
