Dr. Margie Johnson

Dr. Margie Johnson is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as a School Board Member for Williamson County Schools since September 2024 and as the MNPS Records Center & Collaborative Inquiry Coordinator for Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2012. Dr. Johnson's career includes roles such as Online and Flexnet Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix, Science Subject Matter Expert and Instructional Designer at ASU Preparatory Academy, and Guest Lecturer at the University of Cambridge. Additionally, Dr. Johnson's experience encompasses instructional technology support with Edvantia, a Director of Professional Learning and Technology Integration Coordinator position in Metro Nashville Public Schools, and teaching positions at various levels. Dr. Johnson holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, alongside multiple master's degrees and a bachelor's degree in Middle Grade Math and Science from Western Kentucky University.
