Franklin Willis serves as the Director of Visual and Performing Arts for Metro Nashville Public Schools since January 2024, following a role as Community Impact Director at the Country Music Association from August 2022 to January 2024. With extensive experience in music education, Franklin held various positions within Metro Nashville Public Schools, including Elementary Music Instructional Coach and Elementary Music Teacher from July 2014 to July 2022, and previously as a Choral Music Educator from August 2010 to May 2013.
