Grace Bailey, Ed.S. has an extensive background in educational leadership, currently serving as the Director of Accelerating Scholars at Metro Nashville Public Schools since January 2022, after previously holding the position of Coordinator in the same program. Prior experience includes roles such as Assistant Principal/Principal in Residence at KIPP Nashville, Multi-Classroom Leader at Memphis Scholars, and various leadership positions at KIPP Memphis Collegiate Schools, including Principal and Senior Director of Operations and Data. Grace Bailey's career began as a High School English Teacher at Helena-West Helena Schools, followed by a Program Director role at Teach For America.
