Denise Belling specializes in Human-Centred Design, facilitation, innovation, collaboration, and future ways of working, with extensive experience across multiple sectors including education, government, health, and community engagement. Denise has served as a Human-Centred Design practitioner at Empathika since 2007, focusing on capability building, research, and service design. In addition, Denise is a LUMA Partner, providing training and coaching in Human-Centred Design and innovation. Denise's teaching roles have included positions at the University of Technology Sydney and General Assembly, alongside consulting work at Optimal Experience and The Hiser Group, where Denise applied user-centred design principles to enhance user experiences. Denise holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and various certifications in training, interaction design, and mental health.
