Jacolyn Wingo

Jacolyn Wingo is an experienced professional currently serving as an Art Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools since August 2020. Prior to this role, Jacolyn held multiple positions at UnitedHealth Group from June 2015 to August 2020, including Senior Claim Processor and On the Job Trainer, providing claims support and mentoring new employees. Jacolyn also worked as a Freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer from September 2011 to August 2020, creating graphic art, rebranding logos, and designing book covers. Earlier experience includes a role as a Service Operations Specialist at Coventry Health Care, focused on provider network management and regulatory compliance.
