Janey Haynes

Janey Haynes is a retired world languages teacher with extensive experience in teaching Russian, German, and French at McGavock High School, where responsibilities included facilitating student learning for grades 9 through 12, managing departmental operations as Foreign Language Department Head, and leading the Academy of Aviation and Transportation 11th grade team. With a career spanning from 1978 to 2023 across multiple educational institutions, Janey has taught various levels of foreign languages, coordinated summer enrichment camps, and participated in leadership meetings to advance program certification. Janey holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language Teacher Education from Western Kentucky University.
