Kristin Paddon

Kristin Paddon is a Bilingual School Social Worker at Metro Nashville Public Schools, focusing on individual and group counseling interventions in both English and Spanish for students aged 10-14, while also connecting families to necessary resources. Prior experience includes serving as a Bilingual Mental Health Counselor at STARS, where Kristin managed a caseload of 45 students, and as a HOPE Program Bilingual Counseling Intern with Catholic Charities, providing trauma-focused counseling to youth affected by violence. Kristin has also been involved in counseling internships at KIPP Nashville and has supported Spanish language acquisition and community engagement through roles at Wheaton College and NAMI DuPage. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Wheaton College.
