Lance Pace is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at MetroNational since May 2009, Lance oversees the legal department, risk management, and insurance for a leading private real estate development company in Houston. Previous roles include Senior Attorney at MetroNational, where responsibilities encompassed commercial lease negotiations for a diverse portfolio of properties, and Associate Counsel Attorney at Weingarten Realty Investors, focusing on construction contracts and property acquisitions. With a legal career beginning in 1997, Lance's background includes positions at Hoover Slovacek LLP and Locke Liddell & Sapp LLP, providing comprehensive legal services in real estate transactions and lending. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and a B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Christian University.
