Hector. Luis Roldan

Hector Luis Roldan is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in retail management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Metro One LPSG since August 2020, Hector previously held the position of General Manager at Stop & Shop for over eight years, where significant improvements were made to underperforming locations. Prior roles include District Manager at The TJX Companies, overseeing a district of 18 stores, and Store Team Leader at Target, managing a high-volume urban store. Early career experience includes serving as General Store Manager at The Home Depot, turning around a flagship location. Hector holds an education from Mount Ida College, completing studies between 1987 and 1990.
