Tania Wink has extensive experience in financial and administrative roles. Tania is currently serving as the Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at Metro Parks Tacoma, where they are responsible for managing financial activities, accounting, finance, strategic financial planning, and legal compliance. Prior to this role, Tania served as the Director of Finance at the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority, where they oversaw budgeting, financial statements, accounting functions, and served as the chief liaison with external auditors and financial institutions. Tania also held the positions of Acting Finance Director and Finance Manager at MVTA.

Before joining MVTA, Tania worked as an Assistant Budget Director for the State of Minnesota. Tania was responsible for budget planning, analysis, and implementation. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where they managed financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audits, and led a team of accountants.

Tania has also worked at Dakota County CDA as the Assistant Finance Director, overseeing budget preparation, analysis, and financial statements. In addition, they worked at the State of Alaska in various roles, including Budget Analyst V, Administrative Operations Manager, and Finance Officer, providing budget consulting services and conducting audits for state agencies. Tania began their career as a Staff Auditor at the State of Alaska Division of Legislative Audit, where they performed financial, compliance, and performance audits.

Tania Wink obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (B.A.) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Viterbo University. Tania attended this university from 1998 to 2003. Currently, Tania is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in City Management at Villanova University, with an expected completion date in 2023.
