Stephanie Ness

Stephanie Ness has a diverse work experience, starting as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray in 2006 and then moving on to work as an Investment Banking Analyst at KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. Stephanie also served as a Financial Analyst at Teneca / BlackTorch Capital from 2008 to 2010. Following this, Stephanie worked at Target from 2010 onwards, holding various roles including Director of FP&A Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff to Head of FP&A, Director FP&A - Owned Brands Finance, Sr. Manager FP&A - Marketing Finance, Target Media Network, and Sr. Manager FP&A - Capital Finance, Store Valuation, among others. Most recently, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Star Tribune starting from November 2023.

Stephanie Ness earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2011 to 2013. Stephanie also pursued studies in Finance at the University of St. Thomas.
