Dan Opperman is an experienced sales and management professional with a solid background in the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Auckland Sales Manager and Retrofit and Glass Hub Manager at Metro Performance Glass since April 2015, Dan has honed strategic sales planning and client negotiation skills. Prior roles include Account Manager and Territory Sales Representative at Navman Technology NZ Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed developing client relationships and sales strategies. Dan's managerial expertise was further demonstrated as Store Manager at Dick Smith Electronics and Camera House, where oversight of store operations and team motivation were key focuses. An extensive career in retail started at Universal Image, where Dan managed daily operations and established customer relationships. Dan completed education at Wonderfontein High School from 1994 to 1998.

Metro Performance Glass (MPG) is one of Australasia’s leading glass suppliers and has been in operation for more than 30 years. MPG operates from more than 20 sites in New Zealand and Australia, including four NZ and three Australian manufacturing sites that and are responsible for producing a range of customised glass products that are predominantly used in residential and non-residential construction applications such as windows, doors, internal partitions, balustrades, showers, mirrors, furniture and splashbacks.
