Prior roles include Senior Finance Analyst at Air New Zealand, focusing on a $2 billion revenue portfolio, and consultancy and management positions at DHL Supply Chain, where Zane contributed to transport management system development and financial reporting. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Auckland University of Technology and a Chartered Accountant qualification from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Metro Performance Glass (MPG) is one of Australasia’s leading glass suppliers and has been in operation for more than 30 years. MPG operates from more than 20 sites in New Zealand and Australia, including four NZ and three Australian manufacturing sites that and are responsible for producing a range of customised glass products that are predominantly used in residential and non-residential construction applications such as windows, doors, internal partitions, balustrades, showers, mirrors, furniture and splashbacks. During our 30 years in operation, we have set operational, product and safety benchmarks in the glass industry.
