Sajan Johnson PT, GCS, CAPS has extensive experience in the field of physical therapy, with a focus on home care and outpatient rehabilitation. Starting in 2002, Sajan worked as an Acute Care Physical Therapist at Lutheran Medical Center. From 2002 to 2004, Sajan also served as a Homecare Physical Therapist at Firstat Nursing Services and Fairfield Medical P.C. respectively. In 2004, Sajan transitioned to the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where they worked as a Homecare Physical Therapist until 2009. During this time, they also served as a Clinical Preceptor and Homecare Physical Therapist at Amedisys from 2009 to 2012. In 2006, Sajan briefly worked as an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Rehab Associates of LI. In 2010, Sajan founded and became the Owner/Director of Advance at Home Physical Therapy P.C., specializing in physical therapy house calls for seniors. Currently, Sajan holds the position of Director of Home Care at Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy, a role they have held since October 2019. Throughout their work experience, Sajan has demonstrated their commitment to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to individuals in their community.
Sajan Johnson PT, GCS, CAPS obtained a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Touro University between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the same university. However, the specific years for completing the bachelor's degree are not provided.
