Miriam Zaretzki has held a number of positions in their career, beginning with a role as Colonel in the Israel Defense Forces in 1977. miriam then worked as CEO of Da'atar from 2006-2008, followed by a role as VP Human Resource at Social Security from 2008-2010. miriam then moved to Studio Ceramics as a Product Manager from 2010-2011, and is currently the CEO of Metro Productions since 2011.

Miriam Zaretzki has a diverse educational background. miriam earned their Master's degree in Law from Bar Ilan Faculty of Law between 2003 and 2005. From 2000 to 2001, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ono Academic College in Business Administration and Management, General. miriam then earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Russian History from Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1995. Finally, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in General Studies from Tel Aviv University between 1989 and 1991.
