Everett Holbrook has extensive experience in transaction management and financial advisory roles within the real estate sector, positioned as the Head of Transactions Management at METRO PROPERTIES since January 2005. Holbrook leads departmental initiatives focused on goal-oriented team direction, strategic divestment processes, and project coordination, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of both domestic and international projects. Previous roles include Head of Operative Controlling, where Holbrook developed financial reporting systems and supported project realization, and Head of Investment Controlling, managing comprehensive investment data reporting. Additional experience includes financial consulting at ELH2 Consulting, investor relations management at METRO AG, and a foundational role in investor relations at ASKO Deutsche Kaufhaus AG. Holbrook holds an MBA from Boston College and a BA in Political Science from Occidental College.
