Cristian Carabus

Cristian Carabus has extensive experience in business systems management and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Manager and previously as a Business Analyst at Metro Safety since October 2013. Cristian focuses on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of organization-wide systems and acts as the technical lead for the CI Steering Group's priorities. Prior to this role, Cristian was a Service Delivery Manager at Metro Safety from May 2012 to February 2013, overseeing over 200 external suppliers and enhancing operational processes. Cristian holds a College Engineering Degree in Science of Systems and Computing from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, obtained from 1998 to 2001.
