Claudia Correa-Walton

Claudia Correa-Walton serves as the General Manager of People Experience at Metro Trains Melbourne, overseeing key services related to the employee lifecycle within the People Hub since April 2019. Claudia has held various leadership roles in human resources, including General Manager of Talent & Development and Head of People for Network Assets and Assurance. In addition, Claudia contributes as the PCA President and Vice President for St Michael's Grammar School, actively participating in the Parent Community Association. Previous positions include Head of People at EBOS Group Limited, Principal HR Partner at Aurizon, and founder of Claudia Correa Consulting Pty Ltd. Claudia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education from the University of Technology Sydney, an Executive Graduate Certificate in Business from Queensland University of Technology, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW.
