Gautam Banerjee is an experienced professional in the tyre and footwear industries, with over 28 years of hands-on expertise. Currently serving as DGM (Technical) at Metro Tyres Limited since June 2023, Gautam has previously held prominent roles such as HOD (Technical) Division-A at Poddar Tyres Ltd and DGM (Q Tech) at Hartex Rubber Pvt. Ltd. Notable experience includes positions at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., Birla Tyre India, and Ralson India Limited, focusing on process technology, compounding, and laboratory activities. An alumnus of Calcutta University with a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rubber Technology from IIT Kharagpur, Gautam is currently pursuing an MBA in Operations Management.
