Pankaj Sharma

Pankaj Sharma is an experienced professional in the tyre manufacturing industry, currently serving as Senior Production Manager at METRO TYRES LIMITED since June 2021. Prior to this role, Pankaj held the position of Production Section Lead at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. from April 2016 to June 2021, managing a large team and implementing various quality and efficiency improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Production Shift Incharge at Birla Tyre India and as Technical Assistant Officer at BKT Tires, where Pankaj contributed to product development and defect reduction. Pankaj holds a post-graduate diploma in Rubber Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
