Johann Zerbe

Johann Zerbe is a skilled policy and planning analyst with extensive experience in sustainability and climate change communications. Currently serving as a Senior Policy & Planning Analyst at Metro Vancouver since December 2021, Johann has previously held positions such as Policy Analyst focusing on Air Quality and Climate Change. Prior experience includes roles at Teck Resources Limited from June 2019 to December 2021, where responsibilities included Specialist and Coordinator roles in Sustainability Communications. At ACT (The Action on Climate Team) SFU, Johann worked as a Research Assistant from November 2018 to June 2019. A brief tenure as a Policy Analyst in a co-op position at Environment and Climate Change Canada was completed in summer 2018. Johann holds a Master of Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economic Policy from the University of Victoria.
