Lenny Zhou

Lenny Zhou currently serves as a Board Director for Metro Vancouver and a Vancouver City Councillor, both positions held since November 2022. Prior to these roles, Lenny Zhou was a Senior Manager of Operations Engineering at the Provincial Health Services Authority from November 2013 to November 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing health-related projects and contributing to the recognition of BC Children’s Hospital. Lenny Zhou also held a position as Senior Operations Engineer at Fraser Health Authority from January 2008 to November 2013, supporting system analysis and performance improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Lead at Intrawest, where Lenny Zhou developed effective labor management solutions. Lenny Zhou obtained a Master of Management in Operations Research from The University of British Columbia and a Leading for Engagement Certificate from Fraser Health.
