Jesse Lee

Jesse Lee has extensive work experience in the emergency medical services (EMS) industry. They began their career in 2006 as an Executive Assistant at Metro West Ambulance, where they coordinated executive duties and assisted with various administrative tasks. From 2012 to the present, Jesse has served as a Senior Paramedic, providing emergency medical care to patients on a 911 ambulance and overseeing ALS care and transportation. They also worked as a Project Manager, overseeing short and long-term projects and serving as the company's CAAS Coordinator for national accreditation. In addition, Jesse has experience as a Communication Center Quality Improvement Coordinator, where they oversaw quality assurance initiatives and chaired committees. Jesse has also worked as a Recruitment, Hiring, and Education Coordinator at Metro West Ambulance, responsible for full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for clinical positions. Prior to their work at Metro West Ambulance, Jesse served as a Firefighter Paramedic at BANKS FIRE DISTRICT #13 from 2008 to 2012.

Jesse Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Portland State University. They also have an Associate of Science degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) from Portland Community College. In terms of additional certifications, Jesse has obtained numerous certifications including IS-200.C Basic Incident Command System for Initial Response, IS-800.D National Response Framework, IS-29.A Public Information Officer Awareness, Advanced Cardiac Care, IS-100 Introduction to ICS, IS-700 NIMS, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support, Emergency Pediatric Care (EPC), Paramedic, and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS). These certifications were obtained from institutions such as FEMA, Metro West Ambulance, Department of Public Safety Standards & Training (DPSST), Oregon Health Authority, and the American Heart Association. The certifications were obtained between 2009 and 2023, with the most recent certifications obtained in 2023.
