Anushka Suharu

Anushka Suharu is an experienced audience development producer and content creator with a strong background in journalism and digital media. Currently, Anushka works at Metro.co.uk since June 2022 and at Brown Girl Magazine, Inc. since September 2021. Previous roles include a social media fellow at Insider, Inc., video editor at Pardesi, news reporter at Hackney Gazette, and content writer at Interhacktives. Anushka has also contributed as a reporter for Hackney Post and served as world editor and current affairs writer at KettleMag. Earlier experience includes editing and managing travel content at The Boar and reporting during an internship at The Brighton Argus. Anushka holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from City, University of London, and a degree in English and Comparative Studies from the University of Warwick.
