Daniel Ainscough

Daniel Ainscough is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, and Pricing at Metro Bank (UK) since July 2019, Daniel has held several key roles within the organization, including Head of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to this, Daniel was the Financial Performance- Group FP&A Lead at Severn Trent from May 2017 to June 2019, and held various positions at KPMG New Zealand and KPMG Islands Group. Daniel holds an Executive MSc in Retail and Digital Banking from Cranfield School of Management, completed in July 2023, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics (International) from the University of Leeds, awarded in 2012.
