Rob Greenfield

Rob Greenfield serves as Head of Delivery for Payments and Enterprise Services at Metro Bank (UK) since November 2020, leading strategic transformation initiatives to enhance customer offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial crime controls. Previously at Metro Bank, Rob held the position of Head of Delivery for Everyday Banking and Program Director for the Payments Services Directive (PSD2), focusing on innovative delivery methods and secure payment solutions. Before this, Rob had a distinguished tenure at Nationwide Building Society, progressing from Project Manager to Delivery Lead, with responsibilities spanning digital services resilience and the delivery of key projects within the Mortgages & Savings Portfolio. Rob's career began in the British Army, where significant experience was gained as Regimental Sergeant Major from September 1988 to August 2013.
