Samaroha Das is an experienced cybersecurity and technology risk leader with a career spanning over 19 years. Currently serving as CISO and Director of Tech Risk & Data at Metro Bank since July 2019, Samaroha has held multiple leadership roles in tech risk, including serving as Director of Tech Risk and Head of IT Risk. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President at both Morgan Stanley and Barclays, and a managerial role at KPMG. Samaroha began the career as a Business Analyst at i-Flex Solution Ltd. and as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Banking Technology from the Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University.
