Sandra Owen has extensive experience in the banking and financial crime sectors, currently serving as Fraud Operations Manager at Metro Bank (UK) since February 2017, and previously holding various leadership roles including Fraud Operations Team Leader and Financial Crime Operations Team Leader. Prior to this, Sandra worked at Royal Bank of Scotland from June 2008 to July 2016, where roles included Team Lead, Regional Relationship Support Manager, and Risk & Analytics Support Manager.
