Amanda Maestas

Amanda Maestas, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in human resources. Amanda currently works as a Human Resources Generalist at Metrocare Services since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ALM First from March 2022 to May 2022. Amanda also has experience at Metrocare Services, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Generalist Jr., Human Resources Operations Coordinator, and Human Resources Assistant/Onboarding Coordinator from July 2020 to March 2022. Before this, they worked as an Employment Coordinator at University Centers- University Wisconsin Stevens Point from January 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, Amanda served as a Board Member at University Centers Advisory and Policy Board (UCAPB) and worked as a Payroll Coordinator at University Centers from January 2019 to June 2020.

Amanda Maestas, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Management and a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Amanda completed their degree from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Amanda Maestas has earned several certifications. Amanda became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in July 2022 through the institution SHRM. Earlier, in January 2020, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Amanda also acquired the Institute for Leadership Education and Development certification from ACUI in July 2019.
