Arantxa Checa

Arantxa Checa's work experience began in 2019 at Lone Star College-Montgomery, where they worked as a Student Life Officer for a few months. In 2021, they joined ADVANCE Texas A&M University as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, and their role continued until 2022. Arantxa then became a Student Coordinator at Texas A&M University from May 2022 to April 2023. Currently, they are working at Metrocare Services as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) starting from April 2023.

Arantxa Checa began their education journey in 2018 at Lone Star College-Montgomery, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree. Arantxa attended the college until 2019. In 2020, they enrolled at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Arantxa completed their undergraduate studies in 2022.

Looking ahead, Arantxa has plans to continue their education at Dallas Baptist University. In 2023, they are set to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling. Additionally, they will also pursue a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at the same university.

Arantxa has also obtained a certification in Group 2: Social and Behavioral Research Investigators and Key Personnel. Arantxa completed this certification through the CITI Program in November 2021.
