Ariana Rosado

Ariana Rosado, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Metrocare Services since September 2022. Ariana previously held the positions of Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same company, starting in January 2020 and August 2019, respectively.

Before joining Metrocare Services, Ariana worked as an HR Consultant at HumCap Experts in People from May 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were an Independent HR Consultant, operating their own business, from March 2012 to May 2018.

Ariana's career in HR began at Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from an unspecified start date to March 2012. Ariana gained further experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TeamHealth from October 2005 to January 2007.

Earlier in their career, Ariana held the role of Human Resources Manager at Innovative Pathology Services from March 2003 to October 2005. Ariana also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wrigley from July 2000 to August 2001.

With their extensive background in HR leadership and consulting roles, Ariana Rosado, SPHR brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Metrocare Services.

Ariana Rosado, SPHR, received their B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University in 2000. Ariana later pursued a M.S. in Human Resource Development/Training and Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completing the program in 2005.
