Harsha Nandepu

Harsha Nandepu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, Harsha worked as a Process Engineer at Metrochem API Pvt Ltd, where they supervised formulation, assisted with production planning, and performed FATs for process equipment. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, followed by a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California, where they coached undergraduate students in math-related subjects. From 2012 to 2014, Harsha served as a Critical Systems Engineer at Baxter Healthcare, managing engineering projects, supervising maintenance technicians, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. They then joined Mylan as a Technical Area Lead from 2014 to 2015, overseeing finished dosage manufacturing and implementing process improvements. In 2015, Harsha returned to Metrochem API Pvt Ltd as the Process Development Manager, responsible for compliance, equipment procurement, and technical support for drug formulation. They also worked as an MBA Consultant at Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands in early 2017. Later that year, Harsha interned as a Product Management Intern at NanoString Technologies, Inc. Most recently, they joined Metrochem API Pvt Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer in October 2018.

Harsha Nandepu completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California, which they attended from 2010 to 2012. Their undergraduate education was completed at Osmania University, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from 2006 to 2010.
