Cid Carag has extensive work experience in the IT department of Metrobank. cid started out as an IT Senior Manager in 1994 and eventually became the Head of the Engineering Department. In this role, they were responsible for managing technical support, application maintenance, hardware installation, and network configuration. cid also oversaw the planning and implementation of branch infrastructure projects. Additionally, Cid served as an Infrastructure Solutions Officer, leading complex IT infrastructure projects for various departments and subsidiaries of the bank. Then, in 2018, they transitioned to the role of Head of the Onsite Support Department.
