Rowena de Grano

Rowena De Grano has over 26 years of work experience in various HR roles. Rowena started their career at Equitable Bank in 1994 as a Records and Payroll Assistant. Rowena then moved on to the Compensation Department as a Compensation Assistant in 1997. In 1998, they joined Equitable PCI Bank as an Executive Assistant to the HRD Head, and later became a Confidential Assistant. In 2002, they joined Metrobank as a Career Planning Analyst, where they identified and screened high potential employees.
