Andrés Caicedo Moncayo has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Andrés currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Metrocuadrado since 2022. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Agilcon SAS starting from 2014.

In 2018, Andrés joined ADL Digital Lab, where they held multiple roles. Andrés started as the Leader of Architecture, responsible for defining collaborative architecture and software development guidelines for the laboratory. Andrés also established technical KPIs and measurement mechanisms to ensure compliance with architecture and software guidelines. Later, Andrés served as a Solutions Architect, leading the team in the creation of credit card products for AVVillas, with a focus on digital processes and user experience improvement.

Before joining ADL Digital Lab, Andrés worked as an Architect of Solutions at the Secretaría General - Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá. In this role, they provided technological leadership to enhance citizen communication channels and advised on architectural and business requirements for improvement projects. Andrés also played a key role as the solution architect for the "SuperCade" project, which aimed to streamline and virtualize administrative procedures and services for the District of Bogotá.

Earlier in their career, Andrés worked as a Project Leader and Tech Lead at Excelsys from 2010 to 2014. Andrés also held positions as an I+D Manager and Senior Consultant Java/Oracle at Consultsoft from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they served as a Project Team Leader at Topp Allians S.A. from 2006 to 2008.

Andrés Caicedo Moncayo has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2006, they attended the Universidad del Cauca and obtained a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, specializing in Engineering. From 2006 to 2009, they continued their studies at the same university and pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunication Engineering. In 2017, they enrolled in a Data Mining course at the Universidad del Rosario, focusing on data processing and technology.
