Tracy Libertino-Fegarsky serves as the President & CEO of the Metrolina Association for the Blind since January 2019, after founding and leading Rapid Growth S3 Corporation from April 2015 to January 2019. With over 20 years of experience in the Information Systems industry, Tracy has provided strategic consulting across sectors including financial services, healthcare, and retail. Previous roles include Vice President of Technology & Project Management at Sherpa LLC, Senior Vice President at Vendor Safe Technologies, and Managing Director at Accuvia, among others. Tracy holds multiple Master of Business Administration degrees in Global Business from renowned institutions and completed a Liberal Arts degree in Psychology and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Metrolina Association for the Blind

Metrolina Association for the Blind (MAB) is a non-profit agency located in Charlotte, NC. MAB provides a wide array of rehabilitative and accessible printing services. The Personal Adjustment & Rehabilitation (PAR) staff is responsible for working with visually impaired clients and providing them the skills to develop and maintain independent living. PAR services include vision rehab training and orientation and mobility training. The Accessible Braille Services (ABS) department produces Braille and large print statements and other documents for financial, utility, and telecommunications corporations. ABS includes the mastering and resale of Braille and large print textbooks at primary and secondary levels; Braille, large print and audio CD monthly billing and account statement rendering transcription; and print/audio services for any one-time or infrequently required document, requiring one or multiple copies.
