Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald has extensive experience in sales management and operations within the horticulture industry, currently serving as Field Sales Manager and previously as Field Sales Support Analyst at Metrolina Greenhouses INC since October 2016. Prior to this, Michael owned Mr Fancy Plants Nursery from August 2011 to April 2018, managing all aspects of a Daylily Farm focused on online sales. From February 2013 to September 2016, Michael worked as Field Coordinator at Zelenka Nursery, providing consulting services on merchandising and inventory management. Michael's career also includes a tenure as Team Leader at Wells Fargo in the Claims Processing unit from January 1997 to September 2010, overseeing a significant team and ensuring accurate client coverage. Michael's early career included a managerial role at CANINE COIFFURES and A Fishy Place from March 1988 to December 1997, where responsibilities included marketing and inventory management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia State University, obtained from 1988 to 1997.
