Avram Stanton has a diverse work experience in various industries. Avram started their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as an Air Traffic Control Specialist and later as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. During their time in the military, they provided services for the United States Secret Service in support of high-profile individuals.

After leaving the military, Avram joined Union Pacific Railroad as a Dispatcher, where they handled the coordination of train operations. Avram then moved on to Metrolink, where they worked as a Dispatcher and eventually became the Chief Dispatcher. In this role, they managed and directed commuter rail operations, drafted rules and instructions, and conducted training for dispatchers and chief dispatchers.

Avram then pursued their interest in Philosophy, first at Crafton Hills College from 2013 to 2015, and later at California State University-San Bernardino, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy.
