Eric Crisler

Eric Crisler is a seasoned transportation and logistics professional with extensive experience in dispatch operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Dispatching at Metrolink since February 2018, Eric oversees the Dispatch Control Center, develops operating plans, and enhances public train schedules, while also managing compliance programs. Prior to this role, Eric worked at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency as a Transportation Dispatcher, playing a key role in the establishment of a new transportation management center. Eric's background includes over a decade at BNSF Railway, where responsibilities spanned from managing freight train movements to training new rail controllers. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas, where Eric also contributed as a Research Fellow.
