Sylvia Novoa

Sylvia Novoa is a seasoned professional in community relations and public outreach with over three decades of experience. Currently serving as the Community Relations Manager at Metrolink since August 2016, Sylvia has previously held roles such as Outreach Specialist at the Alameda Corridor East Construction Authority and Group Manager of Public Outreach at URS Corporation. Additional experience includes consulting with Stumpf Consulting on a dental insurance system for underserved communities and leadership positions at Consensus Planning Group and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned in 1985.
