Angela Brinklow

Angela Brinklow has a diverse work experience. Their most recent position was as Vice President, Performance & Controls at Metrolinx, starting in July 2022. Before that, they held the role of Director, Performance from February 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they were Director, Reporting from August 2018 to February 2021. Angela also worked as a Manager, Reporting, Capital Projects from February 2016 to August 2018, and as a Senior Advisor, Program Management from August 2013 to February 2016. Additionally, they served as a Senior Advisor to the President of UP Express from March 2015 to September 2015. Angela began their career as a Transportation Planning Analyst at Metrolinx in July 2011 and later became an Intern before leaving in August 2013. Angela also has experience as a Planner at the City of Calgary from May 2010 to August 2010, and as a Consultant at Tate Economic Research from May 2007 to August 2008.

Angela Brinklow completed their Masters in Urban Planning at McGill University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto from 2002 to 2007, majoring in Economics and Geography with a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
