Anthony Boland

Anthony Boland currently serves as the Director of Development in Legal & Corporate Commercial Services at Metrolinx, focusing on commercial transactions to enhance real estate development at transit stations and improve transit infrastructure. Previously, Anthony held senior roles at Metrolinx, including Senior Manager in the Municipal Sponsor Office, where governance frameworks were negotiated across multiple municipalities, and led the Strategic Planning & Engagement team for PRESTO. Prior experience includes significant positions in the Ontario Government, leading teams on municipal infrastructure policy, funding programs, and regulatory development, as well as representing the Ministry at stakeholder engagements. Anthony's educational background comprises a Master of Public Administration from Queen's University, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Ontario Tech University, and a Certificate in Foundations of Real Estate from the Urban Land Institute.
