Donna Serrati

Donna Serrati is an experienced professional in governance, strategic initiatives, and asset management, currently serving as Director of Governance & Controls at Metrolinx since April 2023. Prior to this role, Donna spent two decades at the Region of Waterloo, progressing from Senior Project Manager to Director, Strategic Initiatives & Asset Management in Engineering & Environmental Services, where responsibilities included overseeing a $7B asset portfolio and leading significant capital works projects. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Carolwood Corporation, Project Sales Engineer at Sterling Berkefeld, and Design/Project Engineer at Associated Engineering. Donna holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Guelph, along with a Certificate in Asset Management and completion of a Leadership Development Program.
