Elena Kroupa

Elena Kroupa serves as the Director of IT Security at Metrolinx since June 2021, bringing a wealth of experience in information systems and technology. Previously, Elena held various director roles at United Way Greater Toronto, including Director of Information Systems and Technology Solutions and Director of Systems Solutions and Data Management from July 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, Elena worked as Sr. Manager of Campaign Operations at Massive Insights and held senior management positions at FCB/SIX and Draftfcb. Elena began a career in business analysis at companies such as Camilion Solutions and Infor, showcasing strong analytical skills across multiple industries. Elena holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, a project management certificate from Ryerson University, and a BSc in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
