Farhat Rabia

Farhat Rabia is a Change Management Leader and Prosci® Change Practitioner, currently serving as the Senior Change Management Lead at Metrolinx since 2025. With previous roles at organizations such as Freedom Mobile, Global Management Consultants, and McCain Foods, they have specialized in driving corporate growth, implementing change management strategies, and enhancing customer experience across various sectors. Farhat's experience includes developing organizational change tactics and fostering collaboration to ensure successful project execution. They have also contributed to academia as a Visiting Faculty Member at The Millennium University College.
