Jan Richards

Manager, Customer Experience Strategy, Presto at Metrolinx

Jan Richards is an experienced professional in accessibility and customer experience strategy, currently serving as Manager and Senior Advisor at Metrolinx since March 2016, focusing on the development and compliance of the PRESTO transit payment system. Previously, Jan held the position of Project Manager at OCAD University from August 2010 to March 2016, specializing in information and communication technology (ICT) accessibility.
