Justin Cooper

Justin Cooper is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and property acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel for Property Acquisition and Preconstruction Services at Metrolinx since January 2023, Justin has a diverse background that includes roles as Legal Counsel for Real Estate and Development at the City of Vaughan and as a Real Estate Lawyer at multiple law firms, including Devry Smith Frank LLP and Torkin Manes LLP. Additionally, Justin held the position of Chair for the Discipline and Appeals Committees at the Real Estate Council of Ontario and has operated a private practice. Justin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Ottawa.
