Kellie McFadden

Kellie McFadden serves as the Vice President of Pre-Construction Services at Metrolinx since April 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Third Party & Agreements at the same organization since September 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Planner at Hatch, where Kellie was seconded to the Toronto Transit Commission's Scarborough Subway Extension Department as Deputy Director of Third Party, Planning and Property. Kellie's tenure at the Toronto Transit Commission from February 2008 to September 2017 involved multiple roles, including Permits and Approvals Coordinator, where responsibilities included obtaining necessary permits for construction projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary issues with various governmental agencies. Earlier roles included serving as Administrative Secretary for the Transit City Environmental Assessment Team and Foreperson in Station Services, overseeing staff and ensuring operational standards. Kellie McFadden holds an Honours Degree in Urban Studies and Political Science from the University of Toronto, completed in 2007.
