Kelly Hagan

Kelly Hagan has extensive work experience in communications and community relations. From 2016 to the present, they have held various roles at Metrolinx, including Vice President of Community Relations & Capital Communications, Director of Capital Communications, Acting Director of Communications and Community Relations, and Manager of Communications & Stakeholder Relations. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they worked as a Strategic Communications Officer at the Toronto District School Board. From 2003 to 2011, they worked for the Ontario Government, first as an Issues Manager and later as a Senior Communications Advisor.

Kelly Hagan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1999 and 2003.
